    Growing pains of Islam

This is a comment I made in response to Beth's comment that Islam is "just going through growing pains" in my al-muhajiroun blog on Aug. 11th. When I have more time, I will present more evidence. I did not come to this type of conclusion blindly.

You are right, Beth, that it is probably Islam's growing pains. After all, Christianity has been around for 2,000 years, and Islam about 1,400 years. So, Christianity is 600 years older than Islam. What were Christians doing 600 years ago? Killing each other and "infidels" and torturing, buring them at the stake. They used the Bible to justify these acts.
Nowadays, militant Muslims are using the same type of justification to commit just as barbaric acts, based on the Koran. Should we just allow them to go through "growing pains" , and suffer in the process with more thousands dead on our soil? If we just allow them to conquer the world in the process, we will end up dead and the world radioactive. Part of their growing pains is to experience defeat and the realization that their way of the sword is not realistic.

okay, that's one post i can say i rather enjoyed reading. um, i'm on my way to bed, actually, but i didn't mean that they should be allowed to continue; the world is a vastly different place today, what with global lovin' and the weapons available today; a lot more harm can be done (by anybody to anybody, mind you!).

still, to eradicate islam?...rather than, say, realize that there are extremists and these are the people to deal with, not your everyday muslim? co-existence...we human beans have lots of experience with that, yes? here in america, even. so--looking forward to your panoply of evidence.

For me, this site will be less of a personal diary and daily pulpit, rather, it will focus strongly on being an e-soapbox for my political issues of concern, and to highlight the technological advances that will uniquely benefit us, the Deaf tribe, and simply a portal for everything else that constitutes the Artist Formerly Known As An Embryonic Stem Cell, Jason C.
