Deaf Defense Forces Paintball Battle
It is the year 2036.
The UN has just decreed in Resolution #2882 that all Deaf people, like it or not, are gonna be cochlear-implanted with the latest in A.G. Bell-funded nanotechnology devices. Furthermore, because it has been determined that ASL will thus no longer have a purpose, it will be banned as subversive to the Greater Good, to prevent all Deaf citizens from banding up in a last-ditch effort to preserve their culture,
heritage and language.
O' the hands moans... Ooops! we weren't ready! Oh, how I wish we all had trained to defend ourselves from the machines!

Let's do some paintball combat!
Don't be terminated. it might happen in 2006, not 2036.
Battle between the anti-ASL Blues and the pro-ASL Reds is to commence sometime on the weekend of February 5-6, pending weather and reconnaissance reports.
RESPOND if interested! Expect to pay about $30. If we bring more than 20 guerrillas, ite cost will be a discounted $25. Only $13 if you come armed with your own weapon.
DEPOSIT $12 is required to make a reservation at the place.

A CAVEAT: some of you might like- because of this very capitalisticsociety, some of us will be hard pressed to pay the entire $30 admission fee. So, in an attempt to bring in everybody in the fold, we will be having Medics, who will be unarmed. Those killed on the battlefield will be able to be resurrected by this Medic. But, if this
Medic becomes a casualty, the team loses its ability to resurrect its dead players. Medics only have to pay the $13 admission fee.
Recruits via spread of word is enthuastically encouraged.
***If you want something better than the combination of a rental gun and a heavily-used mask prone to fogging up, you can arm up at www.888paintball.com. A suggestion would be getting one item at a time, each time we get together for battle. Starting with your own personal mask would be a good idea. It's SSI time soon, baby! Use it
while the money's fresh on the tree! That Mongoose rifle on sale sure looks lethal... Unluckily for the enemy, I already have a specially modded Tippmann custom 98 with a Flatline sniper barrel and scope.
