    Supreme Saturnian Sphere

Astrophotography is harder than I thought it would be! Granted, I am staying faithful to my autodidactial tendencies, and am learning something every time I take a peek through the telescope. I aim to make my retina obsolete, and surpass its capabilities with a charge-coupled device. In non-Geekese, that is the "eye" of digital cameras. Right now, I am getting better results with my roommate William Tai's new 7.2 megapixel camera. If Napoleon was an astronomer, he would would be a megalomaniac because bigger is better. Oops, he already was one. Excusez moi.

The ocular retina, if used properly, is able to discern Saturn's surface features and the gaps between its rings. Yes, there are certain eye-techniques, other than the usual continuous-focusing, such as averted gaze. Interestingly, your peripheral vision is better at capturing some of the planetary colors that you would miss if you looked at it directly. That's why some deaf people are uniquely equipped with extra brain-processing power for the stream of visual data supplied from los ojos.

I wanna try those 11-meg cameras!

Hi there! I just saw your vlog on Google Video about the old arena near Gallaudet. You did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with the editing of the video. I used to know of another deaf vlogger but I don't remember who it was or where to find them! I would love to do some vlogging myself, do you have any tips? What type of camera should I get? Is there software you would recommend? I wouldn't expect to make a fancy presentation like yours, I would be happy hanging a sheet up on the wall behind me and just signing to the camera. :)

    Again, great job!

I'll be getting to that shortly. Right now, I am working on the redesign of this site, and when it s up n running, I will teach y'all how to vlog :)

basically, just a webcam will do, I used a camcorder hooked up to the computer via firewire cable. Check out Serious Magic's software, I used Visual Communicator.

wow, not bad for get picture of saturn as I thought it would be difficult to capture at low light. I fail to get good picture of Mars. It was so disaapointment cuz it's too tiny to see. The only the ok-ok picture I ever able to capture the red-blood moon that time come out during little annoying cloud. That piss me off. ha.

For me, this site will be less of a personal diary and daily pulpit, rather, it will focus strongly on being an e-soapbox for my political issues of concern, and to highlight the technological advances that will uniquely benefit us, the Deaf tribe, and simply a portal for everything else that constitutes the Artist Formerly Known As An Embryonic Stem Cell, Jason C. Lamberton.
