UPDATED: Now that the RNC is over, the link now points to an archive page where there are separate videos of each speaker, captioned. Check out Zell Miller's speech!
UPDATE II: Captions not yet available, so the page says. Let's see how long it takes them to add it!
It is like telling colored people to drink only warm water, while whites have the cold water. It may be the same thing, but tastes much different. We, the Deaf people, are not able to "taste the ice-cold water" of the ability to watch and *understand* any and all on-line videos. Immediate captioning of *any and all* on-line video media should be required! If a video clip you want to watch is not captioned, there should be a way for you to click a button which will activate a speech recognition program, or contact a live relay operator ("captioner") that will visually display the audio, with no further obstacles to the equality of communication.
Great quote
"History is a way to understand the past so you can better see the future." -President George W. Bush.
4 million Americans
Paul Marshall on War on National Review Online
We HAVE to remember the reason our enemies want to kill us. They want revenge for everything they went through. That is only a natural human response, "an eye for an eye." Al-Qaeda has explicitly declared the reasons and justifications for their war against us, and one of them is to avenge their dead, and they have concluded that America and the West is responsible for 4 million Muslim deaths, so, therefore, 4 million of us will have to die BEFORE any peace is to be made with our enemies, the *MILITANT* Muslims.
So, it does not make a difference whether we will have a President Kerry or President Bush in 2005. Al-Qaeda and their infectious ideology of Islamic militancy hell-bent on killing 4 million innocent civilians has already spawned a long time ago. It wouldn't have been a difference if we had a President Gore, Septemer 11 would still have happened. Thank God, George W. Bush was President, and we have been safe ever since that tragic day!
I voted for Al Gore in 2000. I am voting for President Bush this time around because I am very, very concerned about our national security in the future. I want my children to not have any foreign enemies. With Kerry, our enemies just might disppear temporarily, but our children will still have to deal with them. President Clinton gave us a small taste of what that is like. President Bush is dealing with these enemies right now, and for the sake of our future generations, we have to finish the job!
John Forbes Kerry, an American Traitor
Little Saigon Eyes Kerry
There are a great many little pieces that continually fall into the right places, all of them painting a coherent, clear picture: John Forbes Kerry, our Democratic nominee for President, is nothing more than a treasonous son-of-a-bitch. (I am allowed to call Kerry a SOB, because he used that slur against a Secret Service agent after they tripped over each other snowboarding in Idaho)
It really chills me to the bone to think that someone with as many questions regarding credibility, as Kerry is now facing, might be President. I am going to say this outright. I do not trust him. HOW can you trust someone with these facts in mind (just to name a few):
-The Vietnamese Communists honor him for their victory over the Americans with a picture in a museum honoring him for his antiwar activities that contributed to their victory.
-He gave the Communists propaganda (his Senate testimony falsely admitting that he committed war crimes) that was mercilessly blasted to brainwash POWs. A former POW just went through a bad flashack after hearing Kerry speak.
-He met with Vietnamese military officials in Paris for peace talks (on his own voilition, without anty official sanction from our government) WHILE the Vietnam War was raging and we were still dying over there, TWICE.
It is not only limited to Vietnam. If you look at Kerry's entire record, there are so many lies, disortions that I question his loyalty to the United States of America.
Furthermore, it is ILLEGAL for a U.S. citizen to neogitate with a foreign government without authority from the U.S. (Title 18, Part I, Chapter 45, Sec. 953 of hte U.S. Code: http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/953.html). That is what Kerry did.
In addition, recently released FBI documents show that Kerry accepted laundered contributions for his '96 Senate re-election bid from the Communist Chinese government, and in return, he arranged meetings between Chinese aerospace executives and U.S. government officials for the transfer of military technology.
Definition of traitor: "One who betrays one's country, a cause, or a trust, especially one who commits treason." (dictionary.com, emphasis mine)
By merely exercising his right to freedom of speech, John Forbes Kerry betrayed the United States of America. Freedom of speech can be so liberating, and so powerful that you are able to commit treason. Freedom of speech does not make a traitor any less guilty. (do you understand as well, Michael Moore?)
Bush and I Were Lieutenants
Bush and I Were Lieutenants
Knock it off, John Kerry! Your crowd, the Democrats, have been long accusing President Bush of being AWOL, an accusation that has been proved to be untrue with Bush releasing his military records.
Enough with the double standards, Mr. Kerry! If you cry foul about President Bush's military history, and you then run solely on your Vietnam record, then YOUR military history is open season, like President Bush's! Release your records, John Kerry, and resolve this once for all. Did you receive a self-inflicted wound (however inadvertently) twice that required nothing more than a band-aid? Did you nominate yourself twice for these purple hearts for injuries "under enemy fire" after being rejected by your superiors for being too superficial, in addition to being self-inflicted? Releasing your military records will resolve these questions, Mr. Kerry, not running around refusing to discuss the facts and obsfucating the truth, and slandering the 250 veterans as Republican stooges. You called for President Bush to release HIS military records, and he did. Now it is time for some vis-a-vis.
If you use veterans to prop up your image, John Kerry, then you HAVE NO RIGHT to dismiss other veterans' testimonials such as this one that brings some light to Bush's so-called AWOL issue.
Iranian Talk Of an Attack On America
Iranian Talk Of an Attack On America
This is what I am talking about. Iran is increasingly threatening the United States and calling for its complete and utter destruction. I am not going to stand by idly watching the Persians threaten us with annihilation.
WAKE UP, MY FELLOW CITIZENS!
September 11, 2001 was a shocking day of tragedy. Vigilance and taking our enemies seriously is one way to prevent another 9/11-esque incident, especially when there are clear warning signs. One such example is when Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, recently said: "the world will witness the annihilation of this arrogant regime," [emphasis mine] clearly implying that the United States' government faces imminent destruction, courtesy of Tehran, if we continue to act like we have enblindened eyes.
Exit strategy for Iraq.
We should not leave Iraq till the Iran problem is resolved. Right now, we have 140,000 troops right at Iran's front door, and another 10K at their back door in Afghanistan. If Iran acts up, acting preemptively like they just threatened, or if Israel attacks their nuclear reactors, we are just a stone's throw away to act as the world's cop yet again.
That is Bush's exit strategy! But the problem is that the general masses are not prepared to accept that cold, hard reality, that we have serious enemies who want to do great harm to us. To take care of Iran, it requires a massive military buildup, and if we do that under their noses without a legitimate reason, they would just lash out and preempt us. So, Iraq just happnened to be the perfect excuse to get right under their asses. --jason
Cognitive dissonance
It is the Dr. Dean Disease, DDD for short. It is a contagious mental
infection that manifests itself in the form of vicious anti-Bush
sentiment and the widespread belief in the lies perpetuated by people like Howard Dean, Al Gore, Ed Kennedy and so on, that President Bush lied.
As Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels said, "The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly - it must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over."
I find it interesting that the anti-Bush folks are unyielding in their steadfastness that our President lied, even though it has been proven by the 9/11 Commission that he told the truth. I have seen it with my own eyes, with the immediate dismissal of any argument supported with evidence that shows Bush DID NOT LIE! This is not merely the "right to disagree," this borders on treason. Bush-bashing emboldens our enemies, and especially since the bashing is unwarranted and based on untruths, that is providing aid and comfort to our enemy!
After all, what do you call this quote from Michael Moore, direct from his website? "The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not "insurgents" or "terrorists" or "The Enemy." They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow -- and they will win. Get it, Mr. Bush?"
Publicily saying that our *enemies will win*, that they are NOT our enemies, and comparing them to people like George Washington, Paul Revere, etc. clearly shows what side Mr. Moore is on. Michael Moore is an enemy of America and an ally of terrorists bent on the destruction of the United States of America. No wonder he is loved by Osama bin Laden, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong-Il, not to mention Jacques Chirac, just to name a few.
Michael Moore, like so many other people in this country and elsehwere, is so deatached from reality they do not want to believe all the facts that "balance" out their side.
Kerry/Edwards are NOT Democrats.
With increasing concern, I have seen parties opposed to the Bush presidency engage in actions that are, frankly, very "un-American" (to quote Teresa Heinz Kerry), such as attempting to suppress legitimately truthful activities, namely the SWIFT veterans' ads.
John Edwards recently said "This is a moment of truth for George W. Bush," [he] said at a Democratic rally. "We're going to see what kind of man he is and what kind of leader he is. ... We want to hear three words: Stop these ads."
Fine, John Edwards, Stop these ads too, and undemocratically suppress our consitutional right to freedom of speech and press:

It does not get more important than this! The 9/11 Commission has completely exonerated President Bush from any alleged "lies." furthermore, it has been exposed that the actual charges that the president lied were themselves lies! Examples: The 16 words of the State of hte Union address, which Joe Wilson accused Bush of lying about. It tuend out that it was Wilson himself who supplied the information to the CIA. And there is CIA Director George Tenet who slammed on the desk, telling Bush that it was a "slam dunk case" that Saddam HAD WMDs, something that even the King of Jordan, Abdullah II and dictator of Egypt, Honsi Mubarak personally warned Bush about.
It then would have been very irresponsible and impeachable if President Bush DID NOT do something about Saddam.
Edwin J. Feulner: Wasting a Good Solution
Edwin J. Feulner: Wasting a Good Solution
This is a good example of the hypocrisy of the radical environmentalists. They complain about the radioactive waste we have piled up everywhere, and that the federal government has to take care of it. Fine, the government did an exhaustive analysis and found the best possible site to store our nuclear waste, and there is no better solution. Yet, the kooks still complain. It does not make sense.
The only thing that makes sense is that these people DO NOT MAKE SENSE and they do not HAVE to be taken seriously on *every* issue. It is becoming less of a noble cause, and more of a religion for these far-left environmentalists, liberals, secularists, to name a few. Secularism does not mean you have to impose the lack of a belief in a higher being on others. One thing I find very strange about radical secularists and the ACLU is that they seem to target the Judeo-Christian beliefs in most cases, and actively protect and in some cases, promote Islam.
Moore on America by Republican Jewish Coalition
Growing pains of Islam
This is a comment I made in response to Beth's comment that Islam is "just going through growing pains" in my al-muhajiroun blog on Aug. 11th. When I have more time, I will present more evidence. I did not come to this type of conclusion blindly.
You are right, Beth, that it is probably Islam's growing pains. After all, Christianity has been around for 2,000 years, and Islam about 1,400 years. So, Christianity is 600 years older than Islam. What were Christians doing 600 years ago? Killing each other and "infidels" and torturing, buring them at the stake. They used the Bible to justify these acts.
Nowadays, militant Muslims are using the same type of justification to commit just as barbaric acts, based on the Koran. Should we just allow them to go through "growing pains" , and suffer in the process with more thousands dead on our soil? If we just allow them to conquer the world in the process, we will end up dead and the world radioactive. Part of their growing pains is to experience defeat and the realization that their way of the sword is not realistic.
Hammorabi- an Iraqi blog
http://hammorabi.blogspot.com/
Interesting words from an Iraqi. They got technology and web access over there thanks to US, not the UN! Especially of interest to me is the tidbits about Iran. The real danger is Iran, not Iraq. Even though I remain steadfast that President Bush did the right thing in plucking Saddam out of his rathole, the whole decision to invade Iraq might have been a mistake, because Iran HAS, no question about it, to be taken care of, one way or other, and the final option, military, is rapifly approaching. Ah, at least we got 135,000 troops on one side of Iran for the anvil and 10,000 on the other for the hammer.
John Kerry just said he would STILL have voted for the war even with the info we have today, that no WMDs have been found so far. Do you see, you ultra-liberals? John Kerry WILL NOT withhdraw from Iraq. He WILL continue the Bush Doctrine of preemptive action. We invaded iraq, one of the main reasons being WMDs (contrary to what many people think, there's a whole lot of reasons we did it), and using the exact same formula, Iran has to be invaded. They are blatantly violating the UN's requirements of a peaceful nuclear program, and they are harboring known Al-Qaeda terrorists.
It is the type of Islamic fundamentalism that Iran espouses that I have my grievances against. I am hoping that my readers are intelligent enough to recognize that I am speaking out (as in some of my previous posts) against Islamic fundamentalism, not the 85% of the "good" Muslims, though I think they should take a more forceful stance toward the reformation of these fundamentalists. (Is the only way of reform sending them directly to Hell?)
When you think about it, your enemy cannot be defeated if you don't/refuse to idenify WHO they are. We are afraid to label Islam as our enemy, but it is high time we did so. Osama bin Laden declared war on us three times, and in 1998 he had a press conference where he formally declared war, and listed exactly why. We're in Saudi Arabia, he wants us out. He hates our lifestyles. Ha hates our values. He wants jews and christians out of the middle east. Fine.
We have to unambigiously declare war on Islamic fundamentalism. We have to remove all radical Islamists from power and espouse a democratic system in which there is no religious and sexual apartheid. The other option is to completely withdraw from iraq, saudi arabia, and afghanistan. We wouldn't have any problems of terrorism. Bin laden would get what he wants. However, that would mean there has to be "repirocity" meaning they have to allow Westerners build churches (for example it is illegal to even hold church services in Saudi Arabia, while they financed the construction of about 3,000 mosques here!), they have to stop their innate sexual apartheid and systemic religious intolerance.
Isn't it ironic that they use our system of freedom to achieve just the opposite? I cannot imagine, in America, a group of people with power who are religious wackos (no, Bush is NO religious loony, believe me) who segegrates people based on sex, race and religion, and rails against other religions. In america, they would be looked on as crazies, but the real strange thing is the Left is so pro-Muslim, while screaming at the Right for these very things that their "allies" do. --jason
Let there be no doubt: Michael Moore is a threat to the American way of life.
Unlike Clinton...
Unlike Clinton, President Bush never had a twentysomething filly suck his cock in the Oval Office.
Unlike Willy Billy, GWB never launched an unilateral military campaign in a "wag the dog" scenario, ordering the bombing of Iraq on the same day the Lewinsky story broke.
Unlike Bill's not so good looking Attorney General Janet Reno's Waco, So-called dictator John Aschroft never sent tanks to burn down the Raelians' compound.
Likewise, Ashcroft never sent armed federal agents with machine guns to recover an terrified 6-year old to placate an enemy of us, as in the Elian Gonzalez case.
And that is just to name a few! I challenge ANYBODY to come up with worse things that Bush did, worse than Clinton. --jason

Should we allow this type of free speech if Muslims start to speak like this in America?
Nowadays people discuss the ahkaam of bombing properties and cars, and we hear many dazzling condemnation and comments
If you recall my blog that mentions that if a Muslim votes in a democracy, then that Muslim is an apostate. Now, this posting says that it is OK to kill Muslims who are apostates.
This same column says.. "As for the kafir; the life of the kafir has no sanctity unless he has a covenant of security, either musta’man or dhimmi, however originally he has no sanctity."
We ARE kafirs. So, according to these radical Islamists who publish their ideals in ENGLISH, we have to pay security "taxes" to guarantee our security.
This column goes on to say.. "There is no doubt that bombing the kuffar in Muslim lands and the lands of the kuffar will terrify them, anger them and deter them from attacking us again.
"We see nowadays that there is nothing that shakes the enemy except the attacking and bombing and violence for the sake of Allah. In Palestine, the Jews suffer and feel as if they are in hell because of the regular daily attacks and operations, but they never felt any fear or suffering from demonstrations in London.
"If we look to the bravest men of the century and the heroes of the Ummah in this century like Abdullah Azzam, Khattab, Muhammad Al Shehrie, Ahmed Al Haznawi, Sa’eed Al Ghaamidi, Sheikh Abul Abbas Al Janoobi, Sheikh Usama bin Laden, Khalid Ayyash and so many more, these people never became great heroes except by being teachers of this kind of fighting."
There's more!
"It seems that they want us to resist the aggression by peaceful debate and by leaflets, it is strange how those minds think, can they truly believe in what they are saying? Or do they not understand ugliness of their call that they call us towards?
"It is not Allah that calls us to that foolish logic; it is only by our desires and our love for the dunya and our hate for death that we have become useless like the froth on the river."
So, they are saying that the only way to be useful is to embrace death!

WHOEVER DENIES THAT TERRORISM IS A PART OF ISLAM IS KAFIR (their own words)
WHOEVER DENIES THAT TERRORISM IS A PART OF ISLAM IS KAFIR: Excerpts:
"Whoever says that Islam is free from terrorism or wants to differentiate between Islam and terrorism is committing Al Juhoud and that is Kufr Akbar and will take them out of the fold of Islam.
"The one who says we should fight against terrorism, he is fighting against Islam. We know very well that USA meant no one else by the term terrorists but Islam and Muslims and the one who wants to avoid terrorism, is avoiding Islam."
"It is known that the USA is the enemy of Islam and Muslims. The fact that it is Dar ul Kufr Asslie, by default it is the enemy of Islam and Muslims. The original rules for any state that is not dar ul Islam nor has a treaty with it is that it is the enemy. There should be no doubt in the minds of any Muslims that the jews and Christians are kafir and the enemy of Islam and Muslims. Allah (swt) says,
"Those who disbelieve of the people of the book and the mushrikeen are in the hellfire forever, they are the worst of creation.” [EMQ Bayyinah: 6]
"...and Allah (swt) says, “Those who claim that Allah is Jesus ibn Maryam, they are kafir …” [EMQ Ma’idah: 17]"
Jesus ibn Maryam????? Jesus of Mary?! That is another direct proof that Islam views people who believe in Jesus as kafirs, or non-believers, people destined for hell! -jason
al-muhajiroun is also a bigot
muhajiroun.com:
The organization I just spoke about in my last post, also displayed extreme contempt for their Sikh and Hindi citizens. Thankfully, we have not seen that in America. Yet.
"So, the message to any Sikh and Hindu is do your research and ask yourself 'are you Sikh or Hindu because you really want to be or is it because your parents are'. Remember, on the Day of Judgment, no religion will be accepted from Allah except Islam. Come to Trafalgar Square on the 25th July 2004 and give up your false beliefs and accept the perfect and embrace Deen of Al-Islam.
And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. [EMQ 3:85]"
Islam IS implacable. We CANNOT make TOTAL, everlasting peace with them. Their Koran forbids it. They said only by Islam can you enter heaven. And Christians say the only way to hraven is through Jesus. Jews, through their actions for YHWH. There is no way you are going to convert Christians and Jews to Islam in enough numbers to become "islamo-sovereign." I don't see ANY common ground here.
This is *deadly* serious!
ARTICLES
Here is direct evidence that Islam and democracy DO NOT mix. That is one of the several issues I disagree with President Bush over. He should take a more forceful stance against Islam, (which is a whole issue altogether). Yes, it is peaceful, only IF the muslim is living under Islamic rule and sharia, islamic law.
Al-Muhajiroun is an Islamic organization based in London whose leader, the one-eyed, claw-hooked leader, just was arrested for materially supporting terrorism. They operatye freely in Britain thanks to their freedom of speech. They are calling out to Muslims to not to vote because that is against the Koran, and to do so is to support the Devil! So, thry are basically calling the British (and the whole non-Muslim world) evil!
This is DIRECT from their own mouth, not some hearsay. It is not what someone said that some imam said at a speech somewhere 5 years ago. This is CURRENT, and they are saying democracy has no place in Islam.
So, say to those people who say that Islam and democracy are compataible, bollocks!
some brief snippets if you dont read the article, or if it gets taken off the web...
"...To vote for a particular candidate on the 10th June will also be recorded as a vote AGAINST Allah (swt), his Messenger Muhammad (saw) and the deen of Islam.
"Voting for Democracy is pure baatil (falsehood) and has no place in Islam; unfortunately some so called Muslim organisations have been duped by the fancy packaging of democratic elections, and even rally behind kuffar (disbelievers in Allah and Islam) propagating this FALSE system. Organisations such as MCB (Mushrik Council of Britain) and Al-Muntada have even attempted to justifying voting as a religious duty. These groups have taken it upon their own shoulders to become the voices of Iblees (Shaytaan), they are fulfilling the pledge Shaytaan (the Devil) made to Allah; that is to take as many sons of Adam to the pits of Jahannam (hellfire) as possible, hence why Allah (swt) warned “O you who believe! Follow not the footsteps of Shaytaan. And whosoever follows the footsteps of Shaytaan, then, verily he commands Al-Fahshaa' [to commit indecency], & Al-Munkar [disbelief].” [EMQ 24:21)]
[note from jason: I find it interesting that Shayataan is their Devil, it sounds very similar to Satan.]
"It is the integral part of a Muslims belief that Allah (swt) has exclusive right to legislate (make laws) as one His (swt) name is Al-Hakam (The Legislator). And Allah (swt) says “The command (or the right to legislate) is for none but Allah.” [EMQ 12:40]
[another note: this means they believe that nothing but Sharia should rule.]
"In a time where evil is widespread; salvation can only be achieved by returning to the deen of Islam and to follow the example of the Messenger Muhammad (saw) and his companions (raa)."
WHOA! What are we talkign about? They are saying evil is widespread (us, not them, which should be the other way around). By saying that only Allah should legislate means they will follow Muhammad's example of the SWORD! It is just a matter of time before Muslims all over start rising up.

To all those crazed anti-Bush folks, here is what I have to deal with! It is not like all of us pro-Bush folk has the same level of fervention- you anti-Bush people are filled to the brim with utter hatred and contempt for our President. You hate him enough that anyone, ANYONE, will be better in place of Bush.
I DO have my doubts that Iraq was really the right thing to do, but I maintain that it was *necessary* to take Saddam out. I only WISH that we had less corrupt allies (*glaring at France and Germany*), thereby having a greater international coalition, so we wouldn't have to call up so many reserves and National Guard troops.. which would protect us on OUR soil!
Doesn't it seem that we have been catching too many suspected terrorists ON our soil lately? Trying to buy a stinger missile in New York? Catching that Al-Qaeda lady in Texas crossing the river with a south African passport, some gold and 7,000 in cash? How about that syrian "band" on that Northwest flight who were having a dry-run? That college professor in Florida who has ties to Hamas and Hezbollah, now in jail awaiting trial with a 50-count indictment. Another guy who dined with President Bush, now in jail for supporting these 2 terrorist organizations, he just signed a plea bargain! . Get this, the Muslim imam who gave a bendiction at the Democratic convention, he testified on behalf of Sami al-Arian, that florida professor's character. my gosh! it seems like, every where we turn a "good" muslim turns out to be a fucking terrorist!

"The Conservation Reserve Program has increased enrollment by 2.6 million acres since the president signed the 2002 Farm Bill," said Wisconsin resident Craig Johnson, treasurer of the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance, following last week's meeting among Bush, conservationists and farmers in Le Sueur, Minn.
A total of 34.8 million acres of "environmentally sensitive" lands have been protected since Bush signed the bill, he said.
The president last week also announced an additional 800,000 acres under federal protection and directed Agriculture Secretary Ann M. Veneman to offer early re-enrollment and contract extensions to secure land-conservation benefits.
What do you say, you anti-Bush, eco-crazies?!
Jack Kemp: Scrap the code
Jack Kemp: Scrap the code:
As John F. Kennedy said, "'It is increasingly clear that no matter what party is in power, so long as our national security needs keep rising, an economy hampered by restrictive tax rates will never produce enough revenues to balance our budget, just as it will never produce enough jobs or enough profits. Surely the lesson of the last decade is that budget deficits are not caused by wild-eyed spenders but by slow economic growth and periodic recessions, and any new recession would break all deficit records.'"
Jay Bryant: Perceiving the Threat
Jay Bryant: Perceiving the Threat:
BE CAREFUL! I consider myself an intellectual and I am glad that I am smart enough to perceive the mortal threat we faced today, just as we faced from the Communists in the 20th Century. The following excerpt says it all! an excerpt from the article...
"What criticism of America's enemies did you hear from the podium of the Democratic National Convention?
Islamic fundamentalists, like the Soviet communists in their day, are bent on the destruction of the United States and the rest of what some of us still like to think of as the free world.
And also like the Soviets, they offer no program capable of providing peace, freedom or a decent life to any people unfortunate enough to live under their governance. "

This article kept on giving me goose bumps! I kept drawing parallels between the circumstances leading up to World War II and the currrent world circumstances.

Larry Kudlow: Solving Bushs Oil Crisis
Larry Kudlow: Solving Bushs Oil Crisis
A great idea! The government is continuing to buy oil to fill up our Strategic petroleum reserve despite the HIGH oil prices. That is why the prices are soaring, because the oil sellers know that they can sell their oil at high prices.
STOP buying oil and start using the oil in our strategic reserves till the price goes below $30 a barrel, and then start buying oil again....
Robert Novak: Kerry's war record
Robert Novak: Kerry's war record
YET another reason why Kerry should not be president. Bob Novak is a Washington Post pundit, and to hear him say that the book "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry" is no urban legend or political propaganda. He adds that it is a melticiously researched book.
John Forbes Kerry told us to judge him by his war record, so by all means do so!
NewsMax.com: Inside Cover Story
the Junto Society
"Members of Franklin's Junto (pronounced who-n-toe, which means together in Spanish) recommended books, shopkeepers, and friends to each other. They fostered self-improvement through discussions on topics related to philosophy, morals, economics, and politics. These discussions were conducted "in the sincere spirit of inquiry after Truth, without fondness for dispute or desire of victory." And they put their humanitarian philosophy into action by establishing the first library in the colonies, organizing a volunteer fire department, and building a school. "
That is what I aim to foster the development of, a society in which members, regardless of hearing status, can come together, whether at a physical or virtual location, to work toward the emancipation and advancement of the Deaf people as a distinct cultural and tribal entity.
We shall compile our own library, and combine our book lists into one central database, in order for us to exchange knowledge in a fluid manner. We shall make a establishment of a school free of any and all traditional constraints to the Development of the Deaf Child. We shall, in the spirit of Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Edison, strive to foster the creative innovation that leads to the invention of devices and methodologies that propels the whole society in one direction: forward into the future.

You know how prophecy is looked upon as an eccentricity. It is sorta like horoscopes, or Nostradmus' prophecies, it is always vague, acrochypal, until the fact happens, and people attribute that event as being preodianed by prophecy.
That is how Revelations in the Bible is generally looked upon by the mainstream.
Here is a direct example of prophecy being crystal clear, so clear htat BEFORE the so-called event, people were already expecting that to happen That was so for Israel.
Kerry is no Lincoln
I find it a little strange when Kerry is called "Lincolnesque," and its
for his loks, not actions! He even twists Lincolnls words! Kerry said "I
don't want to claim that God is on our side. As Abraham Lincoln told us,
I want to pray humbly that we are on God's side."
Now, I came across an actual quotation of that statement made by
President Lincoln, and it has a completely different implication. He
said "My great concern is not whether God is on our side, my great
concern is TO BE [emphasis mine] on God's side."
Ah.. Enough of those 'nuances,' John Forbes Kerry.
In addition, in Genesis 12:3, God says to Abraham: "I will bless them that bless thee." If Kerry HOPES that we are on His side, the ever-so-religious man that he is, he should feel confident that we are indeed on God's side, based on Scripture and the undeniable fact that the U.S. is, thanks to President Bush, firmly behind Israel.
Or, is it perhaps because Kerry himself is not unambigiously pro-Israel and he is covering his tracks, knowing the suicidal stance of being anti-Israel means we are NOT on God's side? Or is it just because he is so pompous and arrogant that he thinks that he is above everyone, including God, enblindening him?
